Harties haven three boys killed during a fire

South Africa — During a fire at a Hartebeespoort forster home on Tuesday,  12 June,  three young brothers died,  leaving one surviving sister behind.

It is said that the flames engulfed the woodenstructure in which the boys were sleeping.

According to Stephanie Bentley their family which includes 28 other children in their care,  couldn't believe what had happened.

"My daughter cam running into our room saying the wendy house was on fire.  Two ladies were already trying to get the boys out,  but the whole place came down in seven minutes,"  said a shock Bentley.

The children,  aged seven,  nine,  and fourteen,  has been in Bentley's care for over a year at the time of the incident.

They went to the safe haven after their mother passed away.

“They’ve got a little sister that just turned five last month, and she is the only survivor of this family,” said Bentley.

This incident happened just a day after two young children died in a house fire in Montana, Pretoria, on Tuesday morning.

Hi everyone... We are in desperate need of blankets and funds to go towards the Hartebeespoort dam safe
    haven.
Its a home, a safe shelter for abused and sexually abused kids of all ages. A devestating tragedy occured
where we lost 3 young boys in a fire at this home. A part of the home needs to be rebuild and we ask that
you would reach into your pockets and donate a R100 or more towards this. Futhermore there are 32 other
kids that are in need of warmth. We would appreciate the donation of any blankets and warm clothing.
Please help us in giving these children that went through so much in their short lifes the hope for a
beter future,so that they can believe that there is more to life! Donations can either be given in cash
or trf to the Kos-mos ladies bank account (details on request). Thanking you in advance.
